Mick Reeves Venom

Postby Peter Gascoine » Fri Aug 10, 2018 4:24 pm

Hi All,
I have bought a MR Venom that requires the turbine and fuel tanks to be installed. The main tank is an inverted saddle type that sits underneath the engine, and I'm using a bubble trap between the tank and fuel pump. If anyone has completed a similar installation could they suggest the best place to put the bubble trap. The airframe has cockpit detail that protrudes into the forward fuselage area limiting available space there.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Regards Peter

Peter

The Venom fuselage is short, so anywhere would be OK, but further forward the better as you will need nose weight
